Rep Power: 0 | Sportarredo Beds I would like to update everyone on Sportarredo. As many of you know, I posted a message about Sportarredo beds being dangerous and the CEO and I had a public discussion about these beds. As a result of this forum and the desire Mr. Gianluca Dianese has to improve relations with his customers; all of my concerns have been addressed and have been taken care of by the company. Mr. Dianese and a technician flew to my facility and looked over all the issues and repaired everything that I had mentioned plus some that I didn't mention. He did all of this out of company courtesy for me... a customer. I found that I'm not a special circumstance; Mr. Dianese goes out frequently to customer's locations to have a hands on approach for improving his understanding of issues good and bad with his products. It is my belief that Sportarredo has had problems in the past but things are improving...HAS improved. Mr. Dianese is seeing to it that the quality, reliability and reputation of Sportarredo leads the market. I happened to buy some beds at a time when the company had some issues with suppliers/distributors which caused trouble getting help with my issues. I am now convinced that Sportarredo beds are as good as or better than any other brand on the market and they have resolved the issues with distributors and suppliers. I WILL buy Sportarredo beds on my next bed purchase! I would like to publicly thank Mr. Dianese for seeing to it that my concerns were taken care of in a very timely and professional manner! If anyone has questions about my situation and why I would buy Sportarredo beds in the future, please contact me via email at walter.street@sbcglobal.net or call me at 734-525-2180. Walter Street |

Rep Power: 26 | Re: Sportarredo Beds Actually - he wasn't wrong -- at the time. All his issues where there, and real. He was NOT getting the proper response and the beds DID have service issues which had been ignored! That said - there is a "new sheriff in town" and he stepped up to the plate here. That's a good thing! Would it have happened if not for his orignal thread - who knows? But it did, and I do firmly believe that the Sportaredo CEO has a genuine and sincere interest in turning around the reputation of his company, to the point of personally turning a wrench and making a repair if that is what it takes! :-) Congrats all around on a successful conclusion to what has probably been a thorn in BOTH sides for some time now! Nice to move along feeling good about the future!! Last edited by sunsally; 03-01-2006 at 08:52 AM. |
