Question Best Lamps?

Hello everyone. I'm still a newbie (only been in business about a year now) and I want to re-lamp 2 of my beds. A Sunburst 100W bed and a Solarwind 160W bed. I had AUVL's in the Solarwind and I was not happy with them. Then I relamped the Solarwind w/ VHO's and I HATE them. I was thinking of going back to the original lamps that come w/ both of these beds, which are Sunfit Lamps. Does anyone have these beds and what lamps work best for you? FYI: I am in a regulated state. I appreciate any help anyone can provide. Sandra

Re: Best Lamps?

You had VHO's in the Canopy of the Solarwind?

Re: Best Lamps?

Thanks for all your advice. Matt A - I put the VHO's in the base of the solarwind, not the canopy. I have AUVL Reflectors in the canopy. Thanks again!

Re: Best Lamps?

I used to own both of those models. I second the recommendation of the Heraeus lamps for the Solarwind. In my Sunbursts I used the LSI Midday Suns and they worked well. I wasn't impressed with the Sunfit brand lamps in either of these beds. Call John at URI-he'll steer you in the right direction.

Re: Best Lamps?

Philips Swift or Light Emession Technology Lamps kick butt in those beds too.
