Rep Power: 0 | Husband of new tanning bed owner!!!! Well......My wife, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, and aunt-in-law have purchased a Sunvision Pro 28 LX from my sister-in-laws salon. I am trying to get it up and running for them, but hte darn thing will not fire up!!! I have a separate 220V with 30 Amp breakers(2 side by side). There is definite juice to the unit but it will not turn on. I have no way of finding out how many amps/ohms, gig-e-watts, or whatever it may be drawing. SO if any one has any pointers or a really big hole that I can bury this thing in let me know!!!!!!!!!! Thanks, Aaron French afrench@tctc.com |

If the bed was used with a timer set up - - - - which is prolly the best thing to be using in any situation ~ you would need to hook up the timer and re-program. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Husband of new tanning bed owner!!!! there is this thing called a terminator plug that goes into the back of the bed where the phone jacks are located. This is what allows the bed to be run without the use of a t-max timer. i assume now when you push the start button the display just changes to 20 and goes down from there with each push of the start button. If this is the case then you need the terminator plug. Hope this helps |

Rep Power: 23 | Re: Husband of new tanning bed owner!!!! Not only that..... but even hardwiring the bed----- the timer on the canopy NEEDS to be in control of the bed.... You might HATE the inlaws ~ but you don't want to have to remove their remains with a dust-buster :) A t-Max timer is cheep ..... like under a hundred bucks..... Also - - WHY is your SISTER-IN-LAW who sold the unit not helping you out here? You can also call ETS on their 1800 number for parts and books (did she give you any manuels???) .... Having a tanning bed in the home can be a dangerous deal if you have the hussies (I mean the family) OVER EXPOSING themselves in this bed.... You might also want to update your Home Owners insurance.... Family can really SUCK and be overly Sue- happy if they get hurt in it.... Honestly - unless you are REALLY informed.... it's far better not to have one in the home..... (make sure your kids are not having Burn your Tittie Parties that the parents will come after you for!!) |
