I just purchased a used- but very well taken care of bed, Montego Bay Classic 2400. When I first checked it out everything worked great. When it was delivered and set up-- my bottom bulbs do not come on at all. Could moving it have caused a problem? Has anyone every seen or heard of this before? Any input is greatly appreciated!!

Do you have a neutral ran to this unit? Also check the cord going to the bench and make sure it is connected properly.

Unhappy Re: Montego Bay Classic 2400

We have checked the cord running and it seems fine. I don't know what you mean by a 'neutral'. I am very new to this and am having a hard time finding a service tech in our area. We live in a very rural town and it seems like no one knows anything about tanning beds!!!

Re: Montego Bay Classic 2400

I think the way this bed works is that current runs to the bench, through the cord to the relay in the canopy, and then the current for the bench lamps comes back down the cord. So, if your bench lamps won't light, it's probably a problem with the connector cord.
