Rep Power: 0 | This is a strong statement but... we ordered bulbs from them 3 weeks ago and i have called then and emailed them after 5 days..then 1 week then 10 days..and get the same bs answer..."we are checking into it"...hahahhaha so i told them to forget the order and forget our bussiness ever again....they didnt even apologize or try to keep our bussiness....what a joke....Brandon over at puretan is the person i ordered with..telling me the bulbs would be drop shipped from lsi...hahaha...how can a company thrive with this kind of incompetence? oh well....ed i am ready to give the beach suns or miday suns another go.... |

Rep Power: 21 | One bad experience with Puretan does not make them a crap company. Bet you've had a customer have a bad experience with your salon!! Puretan has been great to deal with & I will continue to do business with them. |

Rep Power: 0 | oops...my bad...lamps i meant to say....ok granted others have had great experience with them but i just think its such poor customer service for a 1ST TIME customer....i mean i would expect noone on this boar after what i have been thru with them would ever eal with them again...i mean really! |

Rep Power: 107 | That reminds me of a funny story. A while back I was at a local "hardware" store. Someone got on the intercom and asked the warehouse to call ext. 263. The person was French, and for those that do not know, the French have a hard time with there h's when speaking English. So, the three sounds more like tree. After the third attempt, the person paging sounded very annoyed, CALL EXT. 26 TREE!! I could picture the poor person in the warehouse, sweating bullets, their finger hovering over the phones keypad, looking for the Tree button. Moral is, you two may have simply had bad bads combined with mis-communication. |
