Dr. Kern Blue Dream Facials going on and off. - tanTALK

I have a Dr. Kern BLUE DREAM and while customers are tanning the facials go on and off??? anybody know why this happens?

mine do the same thing...i think its the cooling system. when the facials cool off they turn back on. only in my stretchs though this happens.

There are thermo cuplars in all the kern equipment. First make sure your fans to the facials are working. If not they will need to be replaced. Also I would change the ignirtors in them to the new style plastic ones, they don't hold the heat that the Z400m's do. Kern has said they have a fix for this. You may want to call them and ask. I've tried to resolve this problem for years and have failed to do so. The number there is 800-585-5095 Steve will help you out.

Steve is a blessing & sure has helped me out alot in fact I bet he is glad NOT to have heard from me for awhile, do as Sarge said change out those ignitors and it will be much better. Plus I put in full body fans & that has helped out alot too.

I have also had the same problem. Also a few weeks back my facial glass exploded into a million little pieces. And now one of the facial fans sounds as if it is going to quit. This bed is a pain in my @#%%.
