Rep Power: 113 | I am trying out different bulbs in one of my beds. Customers are about 60:40 against the new bulbs. I like them. I have a few customers that much prefer the old bulbs. I have a few customers that like the new. I have 6 base beds. Does anyone do half your base beds with one kind of bulbs and half with the other?? Old bulbs ....Radiance 7000, lots of red but customers love it!! New bulbs....LSI Beach Sun, I like them, but I can see why my more experienced tanners are saying "I'm not getting much" from them. Any ideas?? |

Rep Power: 28 | I personally like to keep everything the same across the board. It just makes it easier overall. What UVB% are the radience 7000's vs. the LSI? Is there enough difference between your base and next level to warrant an upgrade? Make sure there is a distinct difference. |

Rep Power: 25 | Your LSI Beach Sun will last much longer with better output - and therefore be a much better value to you as a salon owner. If it's 60/40, relamp 3 of each, and if they have a "preference", let them specify when they come in. Many of those that "prefer" the old ones may just be resistant to change, plus "suspicious" that somehow the "new" ones aren't as "good" (e.g. you're changing to save $$, etc). Keep some of each, and sounds like you'll make everyone happy! |
