Rep Power: 25 | Kristie, If this bed has the digital timer on the canopy they are very expensive. What seems to be the problem with the unit. Is there an alarm going off when you try to turn on the bed? Let me know what it is doing and I will try to help you. |

Rep Power: 20 | Right now when you turn the bed on, all lights on the keypad light up and stay on. (8.8 and body fan light all the way up). I can put another timer with a version 19 comm chip mfg in 1998 into the bed and all works fine. The timer that is currently in it is a version 24 mfg in 2000. Spoke with tech support at ETS and they said would probably have to replace the entire timer and keypad since it is newer than a version 19 chip. The timer board is completely different between the two models. They also said I couldn't wire around it since the internal timer controlled alot of different functions in the bed. I hate having to sink another $600 on an old model bed... |

Rep Power: 25 | There is a way around it, but you would need to have an electrician add a fan delay and possibly another contactor. If you are using a t-max, you would need to put a T-max 3a in the room also. It would be time consuming for an electrician to do this. |

Rep Power: 0 | I just purchased 4 timers today from ETS. The total came to $1504.00 and that is with a 10% off. The time you try to get a electrician and new TMAX Timer and to change the system it will cost more in time and money. |
