We have a problem with our bed.34/41 from prosun.Today it would turn on run for 2 minutes shut off and then turn back on.I can't figure out what is causing this.

Prosun doesn't have a help desk on Weekends.
Seems like this happens everytime this one customer tans in it.

Anyone know what the problem could be?

Thanks
John

If it's always happening to the same tanner, then maybe they are doing something to the bed?

Like suncountry said perhaps it's the tanner if it's only happening to that person. They may be doing it either by accident or on purpose to drive you NUTZ..

What do you mean exactly by "error message" in the thread title?

After two minutes? No, if athermal sensor is bad it breaks the circuit. And there is no way that bed is getting too hot in two minutes, even if the fans weren't running. Normally, I would just say the problem is due to the name, but that wouldn't be fair. I wonder if it's on an FST?
