I just re-lamped two of my 160W beds with these. They are GREAT! I am lovin' the color they put out. Customers are also amazed. Even though they have only been in the beds for 4 days people are commenting on the difference in their tan!

Anyone have experience with these lamps? I would like to know if they continue to perform as they age.

The 9K90's are a very good lamp. Like you said they give great color. The longevity all depends on what unit you put them in and the voltage that is pushing them. They are expected to last much longer than a traditonal VHR 160 or VHRTT 160. Haven't had them in long enough in units to give a straigt answer.

It will be interesting to see how long they hold up..Disty says they tested them and got much longer good use than they were rated.

Pam, what's the max in the bed you have them in? Did you cut back the time at first?

These are in a 15 minute bed. I always cut people back for at least their first session on new lamps..especially when I have switched lamp types. You never know how people will react.

I'm currently running bronzing suns and was thinking about re lamping with 9k90's, my distributor is pushing me to stay with the wolff lites telling me to go to the HP if I want but to stay with wolff (guess he makes more $$$ off the wolff lites) so far I have no complaints with the bronzing suns but I hear such good things about the 9k90's that i really don't know what to do come relamping time (which should be soon)

The Wolff Bronzing Sun HP R160W VS-R is the exact same lamp as the Cosmoluz VHR 9k90, made in the same factory.
