I still cannot figure this thing out , I don't understand how it reads (in 1/3 rd's ?) They have explained it to me but don't get it !!!

Help me understand how it meters, please !!

What are you using? 5.0 meter? Reads in 1/3rds? What the ****?

no I am not metering the lamps, just trying to figure out the hour counter which reads 334.4....it is not the same as the rest of my units.
