I have sundash 232gsf's that keep shutting off. They shut down every 1-3 minuted throughout the sessions. The dilemna is that 4 beds are doing this at different stores(3 stores). Voltage is steady, lamps new and even replaced again to be certain, timer and membrane switched from another bed (problem still there), and I even snapped off the little soldered protection thing and that didn't help.

This is only happening to the 232's and all the other stuff is running fine. Any input or SOLUTIONS would be greatly appreciated.

thanx
jason

Bad lamps. Trust me. Look for one or two lamps that me flicker just a hair or steadily, and replace them. Good luck.

I will re-lamp tomorrow and it would be great if that fixes the problem.

thanx

Were they already running and then started this out of the blue or have they been doing it since you put them in?

Good question. I should have asked. Yes, did you notice when these lamps started making your beds stop? Good luck.

The beds had been working fine until about a month ago. Now sometimes when customers are in the beds, they just shut off. they will keep coming back on if you push the start button, but it just keeps happeneing over and over again. the lamps aren't that new so it has't been happening since we put the lamps in. we were getting ready to relamp in a few weeks. This is driving us crazy not to mention the customers.

Okay, why would a bad lamp or two shut down the whole unit??

How long has it been since you changed the lamps, becuase I would not believe it is the lamps?
I would think maybe timer problem if they are run from the same manager and they are al doing it???
I dunno I am guessing but if they are okay then they are okay now.

Ergo~ where are you on this one? This is close to you and also your department. It is not opensun b/c it is in NJ but I cant find contact info or them you would have to check with ergo direct to get their NJ distrubutor contact info.

Thanks,
Tephony
