Question.. I have a home tanning bed but It Is In my basement and It Is freezing down there, I put a heater at the end of the bed Is that bad for the bed/bulbs?

I doubt it unless you are heating the area to 100 degrees. Warming the lamps a little probably helps their output since they are really cold to start with.

it's fine unless it's melting the bed or putting out toxic fumes or something.
