Rep Power: 24   | I have a question, I have never had an acrylic split before......distributor says..it happens??? Client laid in bed, waiting for it to turn on, was not hot or running. Split from head to toe. Fortunately he was not hurt, however I had a full house of clients and he was a new member. He weighed 120 lbs. Am I real naive or what. Bed is 600 hours/ 1 year old. Has ANYONE had this happen. Here I tell my heavier clients, "no worries, it holds up to 350 lbs," protcol advise? Really peeved off!! Thanks |
