My salon uses Genesis beds as their regular bed, and a Super Sundash as their upgrade. Can you tell me about them?

Wait a second, are you a tanner or an employee? If you"re a tanner, the tanning consultants should have properly explained the differences between all the units. They should have also helped you pick out the appropriate unit for you to tan in. If you are an employee, go to your owner or manager. You should have been trained on how to sell packages and what the differences of the units are.

The Genesis beds are either a 26 or 32 lamp bed. Some come with "facial bulbs" - these are thin bulbs (8-11) that fit into sockets behind the main lamps on the top.

The Super Sundash has 40 lamps. The ones in the bottom are the same as the ones in the Genesis beds. The ones in the top are higher wattage (160 or 170). The curved shape of the Super Sundash lets your sides and under your arms get tanned (that don't on a base bed). The higher wattage lamps in the top give you the extra "pop" of color on your fact/hands/belly/front (where most people want it!). With the reflectors, and the distance from the top to the body, you won't come out "different colored" from front to back, just a nice noticeable extra tan compared to the Genesis bed.

Both are very nice equipment and tan very well - assuming your salon owner does a good job of replacing their lamps when needed.
