Rep Power: 21 | I purchased this bed from a closing salon. When I hooked it up I was only gettig power to the on/off swith.(Light was on and timer was lighting up) So i knew it was getting power. But the lamps nor the fans were coming on so we traced the problem to the buck booster (they only had one hot wire connected to the bed)not enough juice getting to bed. We unhooked buck booster and pluged bed directly into 220 jack. Bed comes on and all seems well. We turn the bed off and back on a few times to make sure all is well. Everything seems fine so we put the bed back together (replace the top, scoot ballast tray back under bed). We try to turn bed back on and now the lamps won't come on. The fans are running this time but not the lamps. We thought it could be the relays. Please any help would be appreciated.Yes we did take the bed back apart to look for pinched or loose wires. Found nothing. |

Rep Power: 23 | There should be a blue or white push down contact in the center of the main relay. Push it down and see if the lamps come on,or have a electrician take a voltage reading before and after the relay. (sounds like your relay is not opening) |
