Was it really dark in the salon when the bed went off? If so then mabye you forgot to pay your electric bill. jk ... I would start by checking the timers. My beds have a timer on them and they use a database timer so id disconnect the database and see if the bed ends early. I know theres also a redundant timer inside. Actually I dont really know much about this. I would prolly call the manufacturer. If its ETS those guys are cool and give out a lot of info over the phone.

did you check the breaker for the bed to see if it has tripped? or possibly the emergency stop on the bed if it has one?

OK...Relax, this has Happened to me before.....Disconnect the T-MAX from the wall (power), then disconnect the
T-Max Manager from your computer....Then go out back to your electric panels....Flip ALL OF THE SWITCHES into the OFF position......Go back in the salon and make sure the power to all the beds, computer, t-max etc...is OFF.....
Now, go back to the panel, flip all of the switches to ON, and go back into the salon. Now go to the T-Max Manager , plug the line that connects to the computer back in, plug the power chord in, and it should reset itself...... The bed should have a 0 or .. on the individual t-max (on the bed that isnt working), now it should be okay, or sles you may have to reset the T-Max in that room- back to the T-Max manager....

Uhhh... right.
I guess I missed the part where he said he had a Tmax. Must be in a different thread. Besides, that's about the most round-a bout troubleshooting method I think I've ever heard.

What kind of bed is it?

If you have power at the cord, (I assume that's why you were asking about that on the other board) then unplug the bed and jumper the two remote timer wires coming out the back. Wait... what model Prosun is it? That might be easier said than done. What kind of remote timer system is it hooked up to, if any?
