Rep Power: 21 | Salon owners know best for what stands up over time, I think it is a good start. She will be using it once a day and salon owners are using it about 80 times day. Sending her to ETS is fine becuase they are cheap and sunvision and sunquest are built for homes. But even in a home it will still fall apart on the outside. If she want to pass it on and have little problems with always go with a sundash or puretan. Keep up the research you can good advice here on what equipment is good. Also you may find a good quality commercial bed that a SALON OWNER is need to move for upgrading. Post a wanted add in the classifieds and you will recieve plenty of feedback you will actually be attacked. Do not jump on the first offer take it and post another ad to see what feedback you get on the units that are being proposed. Good luck, Tephony _________________ [ This Message was edited by: playitagainenterprises on 2004-03-05 10:40 ] |

Rep Power: 21 | You should go commercial by the way there is no need to spend the same amount of money on a lesser unit. You can get a good quality used commercial bed for the same price as a piece of poop new ets and it will last you longer. Ergoline has a very nice home unit that are putting out if you have the need to go with new beds. It is all steel frame and body and it is very petite with great eye appeal. If you go new that would be your best bet they are very nice and wil out live you and your grand children. That is a good investment. I am not saying you have to go new becuase by all means you do not. There are several beds that are 10 years old out there and cheap that will get the job done just as good for pennies that you can also pass down. Please come back when you find something I will help you with all the appropriate questions and such. _________________ [ This Message was edited by: playitagainenterprises on 2004-03-05 10:48 ] |

Rep Power: 22 | shanwoman~ Don't overlook the fact that you cannot plug these beds into your wall socket like a regular appliance. Also you might want to keep in mind when buying a used unit that you will most likely have to buy new bulbs for the bed and this can cost a pretty penny! Put that along with the maintenance of the bed, acrylics that might need to be replaced etc. Buy a package at your local salon and save your self the time and effort. |
