Rep Power: 22 | Thats intersting, had new clients come to our salon because of the same issue! Both clients, husband and wife, comaplined about two lines up and down thier backs. They came in and are now using our booths to get rid of the lines before thier vacation. They were not sure of the brand of bed but they we few in bulbs and the clients also said the beds looked very old. Just my 2 cents. |

Rep Power: 23 | Kiddies ~ are the lines RED as in BURNED? We discussed BIG folks in another thread - and even those that are under the specified safety weight and are JUST STARTING OUT can indeed have the HEAVIEST areas of their body weigh down (flex) the arcylic closer to the lamps.... Waaaaaallllllah!!! LINES. We generally will suggest to people to #1 - make small (very small) movements during their sessions - angelwing pressure points (shoulder blades or rumps) can be avoided right from the start this way and you DECREASE the chance of this uneven color. Thicker Acrylics will withstand the heavier body and cut down on the gentle flexing toward the lamps - but if the lamps are too New or TOO OLD, the chance of burning is always there. I would like to know the lamps being used in this gals situation..... When I bought this salon the prior owner was running a Interelectric Panther in a base bed that needed 5.0 lamps ~ she not only stripped a few - she freeking blistered some! |

Rep Power: 23 | Also - some freek is editing my GUMBY quote to read 'darnit' on other posts and not leaving their Mod Status/Admin Calling Card.... Censorship without the balls to show the world YOU DID IT is cowardly and unbecoming. it also p*sses me the kc*f off. |
