Hello Everyone! Need some help for finding one of those tanning pillows that you can pop your face through when laying on your tummy? Does anybody know what I am talking about? I seen one on a web sight a while back and wished I would have bought it, it was a clear color. Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for the great web sight as well. Lots of nice people.

Sounds interesting! If you find them, please let me know. I think they would be nice for those of us who like to flip to our tummies to tan!

I would try to get clients to stop flipping. Asking for acrylic damage.

How does flipping over hurt your acrylics?

Elbows and knees puching into them could crack them............ No real need to flip anyway.

What about Butt Lines and Pressure Points?....Flipping helps to get rid of them. Besides, if you're acrylics are that weak you need a better bed!

Has nothing with being weak, localized pressure from an elbow or knee while someone is flopping around could potentially crack them. As far as pressure points, try stand-ups or lift those areas off of the acrylic once in awhile to take the pressure off.

We flip because of the white patches caused by pressure points. How, as salon owners or our employees could we stop the flippers?? If you raise these parts off of the acrylic, what part of your body do you raise them with?

Speaking of localized pressure points wouldn't it be the same as someone with a larger body/rear-end sitting in one spot on the acrylic while attempting to lay down? I realize rear-ends aren't usually as bony as elbows and knees, but that is afterall a lot of weight on one area of the acrylic.
