Setting up T-max and Tanses beds - tanTALK

I'm trying to setup the tanses machines so that the start buton on the beds will activate the bed. In other words, I don't want my clients to start the bed using the start button on the t-max. Where could I find this information, my supplier doesn't seem to have a clue.

Clients keep pushing the on buttons on the tanses machines (even thought we tell them otherwise), we then have to tell them to reset the bed and then press the t-max.
