Im on the verge of relamping. It will be one of these two bulbs.
Any of the two are good or is there an edge of either one?

Both are good lamps, I've done a study on them and its on here somewhere. Their output was graphed over a period of time showing the lamp life and output retention. The Midday may have had a slight edge on lenght of usable life over the Philips, but they are different lamps in UVA/UVB output. The Philips is more of a Bronzing lamp than is the Midday Sun. Hard to say much difference overall.
