Rep Power: 21 | We have a new client, who is coming from a salon in Indiana. She is rather upset with her results, in comparison to her results from her previous salon. She says that her old salon used "Grade A" bulbs - which NEVER burned you (she says it's not possible with those grade bulbs), but gave you a great color. She says that the bed was a 20 minute bed, but she would only go for 10 minutes about 2-3 times a week - and anything more than that would give her too much color! Now, our beds are also 20 minute beds(3200 watts), but she has only been going 10-15 minutes - and NOT USING LOTION!! (Augh! That's a whole seperate story!) I asked our Maintenance Men (we have a team who changes bulbs and deals with repairs), and they had no idea what I was talking about. She didn't mean facial vs. body bulbs - she meant different GRADES of bulbs. Can anyone clue me in a little more? thanks! -alarris |
