Pls. help. I just purchased a older PureSun tanning bed. I already had a decent tan, but this unit is for my home. Any suggestions for some great bulbs for this bed? Something that will tan me really good. Any help would be appreiated.

Thanks!

I say call puresun and see what bulbs are recommended for the bed, you most always want to relamp with what the manufacture recommends, you will get the life of the bed that way.

Is the Pure Sun a fairly decent home tanning bed? The bed is about 5 years old, but has been well maintained. The bulbs were changed about a year ago with little use. The bulbs in there now are Spectralarium. Can anybody recommend a good bulb for the Pure Sun, I don't want to tear up the bed, but get a great tan.

Thanks for any of your help!

Are you sure that the bed is not a PureTan?

I've never heard of PureSun!

If it is a PureTan bed the original lamp will be a Spectralarium S+ or R+
(R+ is reflector style)

Which lamp is it?

Voltarc is the "economy compatable". Some say they work good. I can almost gaurantee they are not the bulbs the bed was designed for. If you are just using it for your house they may be good enough.
