Rep Power: 12 ![]() ![]() | It all depends on the bed type & the lamp type. If your bed originally came equipped with a NON-reflector lamp & your bed has only 20, 24, 26 or 28 lamps in it, I would only use a non reflector lamp in that application. Reason being: the reflector lamp needs to be packed closely in a bed to be affective, If the lamps are too far apart, like that of a 24 or 28 lamp bed, the customer will get stripes & an uneven tan. IF your lamps are packed tightly in the bed, usually any bed with 32+ lamps, the results are going to be much better. Almost 99% of Reflector lamps are not compatible to a Non-reflector lamp. Your always better of using lamps that are compliant. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | You can get up to 30% more output with a reflector lamp, the overall heat produced will be the same but the reflector will also reflect heat. Depending on the efficency improvement from bed reflector to in-lamp reflector depends on how much of that you will feel. |
