I am looking for an "in-home" tanning bed. I have psoriasis and have been told by many people that tanning helps to clear the symptoms. I have also been told that I really only need a 16-bulb bed to do what I'm looking to do. I've checked around, and the bed I've found is the SunQuest Pro 16SE. Several companies offer this bed including ETS, Master Tanning, TanningBeds4Less, and Sun Enterprises. I also read something on here about not buying from ETS. Does anyone have any suggestions on other beds that might fit my need? Or possibly which companies I should stay away from when purchasing a bed? The price-range I'm looking at is around $1,500.00. Getting "dark" isn't as important to me as "healing" psoriasis, and warranty is a big factor. I need a company that stands behind their product in the event something should happen to the bed. Any help you can provide would REALLY be appreciated.

1 You should go to your local tanning salon and try it out to see if it actually does help you condition. (it does help most people)
2 If it does help, start tanning on a regular basis to determine how often you will need to tan. (my clients with this same skin condition tan once every 6-10 days, not very often.)
3 With the above in mind, why on earth would you spend $1500.00 on a cheaply made home unit that you would be responsible for maintaining, cleaning etc........when you could tan at your local salon 3-6 times a month.
I strongly encourage you to reconsider buying a tanning unit for home use....it would be a waste of your money.

chords.........I strongly encourage getting a home tanning bed. It clears my psoriasis right up. I hope this helps. Check your PM's. I am buying a bed as well for my home. Then you can tan whenever in the home. And the money will be worth it. Thats how i feel anyways. good luck., lets keep in touch.
