bulbs or bed? - tanTALK

Hi! Anyone had the problem of lines appearing from tanning? I had a couple customers tell me that they had a perfectly straight white line down their back in specific area after tanning. I contacted the bed company and they told me to make sure I keep the bulbs clean, .. but I do! What could this be from?

Several things may play a part in this. Overexposure. You have reflector lamps in a bed that the space is to far apart. Or I have seen on occasion that a heavier person that doesn't shift a little during their session will get these.

Also check your acrylic supports. I had a bed where the supports where not letting the UV pass through them. I replaced them with the correct supports and the problem was gone.
