We have 3 32/3's and our customers love the tan they get. We are getting a lot of complaints on the bench acrylic being to hot. We are also experienceing the facial bulbs burning out at less than 200 hours. We have 170hrs on these beds and have replaced 7 facial bulbs. Lots of compliments on how impressive the beds look. We have a 42/4 and have absolutely no problems. Stays cool during tanning sessions and everything is working great. Customers love this bed.

If anyone can help with the facial bulbs and hot acrylics we would love to hear from you. Also, if anyone knows of a way to vent the 32/3's we would be interested.

Sounds like they are decent lamps, are you merely looking for a cheaper alternative?

Sounds like you have a Dr. Kern 42-4. If you are in a regulated state, you will need to put in these lamps or a compatible lamp to them.
Canopy takes (20) Cosmolux VHR F59 140watt and (4) Cosmolux VHR F71 160Watt.
Bench takes (18) Cosmolux VLR F71 100Watt. These lamps work great in this unit as well as the TT's. Any other questions, please PM me and I would love to help you.
