Body Fan - tanTALK

For those of you that had to add fans to keep the client COOL as they tan, what kind of add-on fan did you select. Are you happy with it? Would you pick a different kind if you had it to do over? How many CFM does your fan claim to move? Looking for a powerful body fan, at a reasonable price, and I don't mean $300+.

I purchased the fans that mount on the wall. They work pretty well for me. Can't remember the cost, but I am thinking like 150.00 could be wrong. I have slept a few days since then. Look in the parts pages of catalogs from dist.

Mitzi, I've looked at those and talked to the distributor about them. The only deliver about 250 CFM. I'm trying to get a fan that will deliver about twice that. More ideas anyone??

Hummm, get two of them

All jokes aside, there are others that are on a stand the you sit at the end of the bed, how about those? Have you seen those? They look kinda like the ones on my Tropical Series bed by UWE. Check with Sam James.

Check out the body fans royalsun uses on their beds they put out about 500cfm they are edm fans but they aren't the cheap ones,I wish tanses would start using the same fans it would help out their design so much.You could mount them on any bed and you could connect it to the bed so it would only turn on when the bed does.

Hmm, I'll check out the Royal Sun. I've looked at their equipment before, but don't remember the body fan as a standout feature.

My tanses 44 has 29 fans in the bed my royalsun has 7 fans these all count the body fans ,my royalsun runs alot cooler and has a ton more air flow because of the quality of the fans plus less area of break down.royalsun uses the bodyfan on their 160watt units but it is an option on the 100watt beds,my next purchase will have them on all beds .
