Rep Power: 23 | Concerning the spoteraddo post (Sammy )Posted: 12/03/01 4:28p -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have purchase several units from them. Great units at good prices. Delivery was quick and they answered any questions we had. Would definately buy from them again. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Joined: Oct 31, 2001 | Posts: 2 | From: Ardmore, OK | IP: 63.21.146.121 I would be carefull of this persons advise. spoteraddo has a chain of salons I found out after I purchased mine. I also would be concern for that person in not registered. mj _________________ "A small salon, but not for long"[ This Message was edited by: MJ on 2002-03-08 21:21 ] |

The only problem I've had with them is that you need a 3A timer in each room to start the units. You have to train your customers to push the blue start button on the 3A timer, instead of the start button on the unit. If they press the button on the tanning unit and then try the blue button on the 3A timer, it won't work. The customer needs to have us reset the tanning unit on the Tmax manager. |

The only problem I have is that The customers were pushing the start button too hard. By doing so they were turning it on and then off..This would sent the bed into its 3 minute cool down feature and it could not be reset until the end of the ENTIRE 3 MINUTES OMG it was annoying...sooooo To solve this problem. I had to move the bed in front of the time.. so it could not be reached. They have to wait for the bed to turn on by the timer.. in 4 minutes. Good luck.. Mj |

Rep Power: 0 | Interesting. Same thing happens in the SunTerrace. The client does something (and I'm not sure what it is) and the bed just goes into its 3 minute count down. I can't move this baby in front of the timer. Is disconnecting the bed timer and using the 3-A no-no? I had to do that with a Tan America because customers were constantly pressing it and screwing up the next session. When I told TA, they acted like I was admitting to being an ax murderer. I skimmed through the FDA 1896 regs and could find no mention of this issue. Anyone? |
