Rep Power: 0 | Me to, me to, everyone I have spoken with says they love the idea, especially men. They have tan arms and face from work, but they say they get harrassed because their legs are so white when they wore shorts. I knew the women would love it, but the average working man????? Who'd a thought? I really need honest reviews, because I can't go to Nashville either. Thanks for posting tan girl. |

Rep Power: 23 | Here's a copy of an e-mail that I received about the leg tanner. I hope this helps answer any questions that anyone may have. Hi, saw your questions on tan talk...The picture is an Artists Rendering....The Prototype model will be at the Nashville show and the production units will be here late december or early jan. The unit has 38 , 3' long lamps at 65 watts each. (being half the size of regular lamps,65 watts is the power of 130 watts.) Basically it is a vhr leg tanner. Cleaning the unit was something we obviously incorporated into the design....it is not dificult....when we put real pictures in ads, you will see. Being portable, the unit could even sit in your lobby. It takes no more electric than a standard 26 lamp wolff bed. Of course we think it is a great idea, but I always tell salon owners....ask your customers if they would use a leg tanner that they dont have to get undressed for, and could read a magazine for 12 minutes.....I know what they will answer....but ask anyway..... Sincerely Patrick Reczek Classic Legs Inc. 1-800-550-4056 He also stated for the record that they will be at the TanTech booth in Nashville. Check them out. |

Rep Power: 107 | Locally, other salons have had facial tanners, no leg tanners, but they were always giving them away as special with their bed packages. In fact one of those salons had 2 facial units and got rid of them when they moved recently. Is it really worth the investment? (Not be sarcastic here) some of these units cost as much as a new stand up? How do you charge for them to make it worthwhile? |

Rep Power: 0 | I have the leg tanner and have already taken it apart. Really easy. Face pulls off, acrylics come out. You want to make certain that put the bottom one in first before the top. I am quite happy with the leg tanner. Most all clients love the concept. It works really well for people who are tanning in the hp beds... It takes up a small amount of space. It uses 16 amps... I dont think anyone should get one expecting to make a TON of money off of it... But you will make more money from people who dont even use it... because they hear you have one and are intrigued... I have had a bunch of referrals to my store... I recommend it... just another avenue of income PLUS it gives you an extra edge. Rod |
