has any one used the 200 cosmolux,i hear from my rep the y only put out a true 180 because ther longer.because my new bed comes with them.

There are 2 cosmolux "200" lamps.One is a 2 meter version and is run at 180 watts.The other is 71 inches and run at 200 watts.
