I have recently purchased a new ultrabronz supernova and cannot get the bed to add on to my t-max manager plus I have tried relentlessly to get the t-max to address the bed and it will not! The bed has the :00's on it but i cannot seem to get it to do a thing with my t-max. anyone have any helpful ideas it would be great. thanks ahead of time.Roxanne OURBACKYARD@HOTMAIL.COM

I had a problem with wiring the T-Max, I called them on their 800 number (which I don't have available presently) and they were very helpful. They do have a web site ?, and also have a forumn on one of the other tanning discussion boards, the one often refered to as the house of ill repute. Not much in the way of direct help, but a couple of leads.

They also have a section here on TanTalk. Check it out. They are several posts that may solve your problem.------------------Michael Chunn - www.tantalk.com

Unfortunately, I received the bad news that my supernova was not wired to go with my t-max mgr, which the co claims it should have been. sounds like we will have to have an electrician re-wire the board or something to that order. Waiting on a call back from them as to what to do next, But I am happy to say that we are up and running manually so that is not too bad!! Atleast we are running!!! )
