Insurance

I am working on my business plan and break-even analysis right now. I am lost when it comes to insurance in this business. Some insight and/or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everybody!

Re: Insurance

I'm new too and I'm using Thomco. They were recommended to me by my personal insurance company, USAA, who I think is the best. He (USAA) said Thomco go through Zurich which is top rated. PM me if you want contact info. They are VERY easy to work with and know the biz.

Re: Insurance

I use Insuretec and it was easy getting on with them and they are pretty reasonable with prices.

Re: Insurance

I use universal ins. and just went through a local insurance comp. and they took care of everything for me and still do... But I pay around $2000 a year and I have a $500 deduct. and I have 8 beds. But, your cost depends on how much coverage you will need incase of a fire, flood, or robbery and needed to replace everything.... and what you want your deduct. to be...just like car ins. but for your buiness!

actually it is tan pro , but seems to be by thomco.
I tried to get my local ins agent to give me a rate , but that was very hard , they wanted to know all the beds uv a & B output , etc..
the formor owner used tan pro so I just called them up , said I was buying the salon what do I need to do. They seemed pretty helpful, and far less of hoops to jump through.
