Re: busy season question

VALID point. Every 3 months or so I hit the strip clubs. I give them a slight discount on the Mystic and Tanning and it keeps em coming year round. I started this about 2 years ago and about 75% that came in off the coupons the first time are steady clientelle. It just always cracks me up when they ask for a year end report of money spent tanning telling me they right off tanning to uncle sam...when in reality its not legitimate. I just shut my mouth and print away!

Re: busy season question

So I just go into the club during the day or ???? I guess I am a little hestitant because it's a strip club and I don't know how they work. I don't want them thinking I am going in there for a job. I don't want to offend. lol. But that's a great idea. I started to do that and they never called me back at the begining of the summer. Any other ideas. We cought the end of the tail for this year busy season and trying everything to get up to date on bills. I know we will be okay when busy season gets here but it's just the waiting that is killing me.

Re: busy season question

Go to your high end spas, that dont have tanning equipment, you want a high level quality of clientelle that will spend 100 bucks a bottle and not blink an eye. Do u have a local business groups you can join, and do an open house? In Florida, lucky you, go to golf courses, they need to even out tan lines, make deals with them. Photography stores, for people booking weddings, there is lots of places to cross promote with. The obvious, travel agencies, we put percent off coupons in the little packets people get when they book a vacation.

Re: busy season question

Those are all great ideas. I am in a small town and there is not a lot going on here. So sometimes I feel like I have spoken to everyone in the town and left flyers and business cards and still haven't gotten a lot back. We get one in here and there. Is it because it's slow now?
