2000 sq ft--12 beds (2 of them hp) 5ton ac + 1 hotel unit in hp mattress room
electric + water + sewage avg. 350.00 highest just under 700.00 (I run single & 3phase boxes) gas for heat and dryer avg. 102.00 can't remember highest. It all depends on your area's charges. |

Holts how many beds do you guys have and how big is your space?
I am in a new building so I guess i got lucky that it has good installation or something. We are actually going to vent at least one if not three of our beds up above the ceiling and that should cut down on the a/c. |
