But that kind of proves the point. You found someone that you wanted and got her certified. You didn't tell her you couldn't hire her because she wasn't certified.

My Insurance company requires all of my employees who set the time, be certified.

My employer hired me and then paid to have me certified. He did not request that I be certified before being hired! Good luck to you and keep trying. You will be right for the right place!
