Thanks Brandy, I have Royalsun's, just talked to my bed distributor he was planning on having them on hand for me and showing me how to change out if I need to, otherwise he'll be down to fix them for me.

If you don't stock extra lamps, starters, etc... they will go out, after hours, on a Sunday night, etc... you get the idea. Murphy's law!

What about extra overhead lights for your standup? It always burns out when I can't get to Home depot to buy another. And bed cleaning solution. In january I usually buy 3 or 4 gallons to make sure I don't run out.

how do you fire emp? just tell them to leave and get **** out? i have emp that doesn't sell so i just put them in bed cleaning all day. should i just get rid of them and hire someone new for the season?

I sit down and talk to them about why I'm doing what I'm doing. I ask for their key right then and send them on their way. Some I weed out by cutting hours and giving them the slow shifts.
