Advertising?

Hi everyone i am hoping to buy a salon in southeastern michigan sales are down about 40% in this salon what do you suggest would be the best thing to do when i first step on.

^^def - that's what we did when we took over this salon - hung huge signs and swamped the airwaves and papers -
also you should do even the little things diff from the other owner just to make it your own - we even folded the towels differently -

I appreciate the suggestions i was kinda affraid to put the whole new ownership out a first for fear of make the current custs uneasy but this guys price structure is out of wack 49.99 for a monthly.

If the customers are happy with the price the way it is, do not change it.

You can run a special for $29.99/mo if you sign up between 9/19 & 9/30 for a total saving of $20.

Be sure to keep the pricing to where you can run specials. Don't shoot yourself in the foot by perminately pricing too low.
