Been in business 3 yrs and turning a nice profit. Salon equipment is paid for and am looking to expand......................where in the **** do I start.
Do i rent building or buy?
Do i buy new or used equip?
Do i pay a manager salary or commission/hourly?
i could go on and on.......................PLEASE HELP
