Salon Advice Needed

Hi To All,

This is my first post and time using this site. I know i'm going to learn loads so i'm really excited. I have just been given the job to run a tanning salon in my area of UK. I feel a combination of excitment as well as fear of what i've taken on!

The salon is bizzy daily, with a steady stream on regular and new customers but there is no or minimal organisation in the place. {I feel}.

Can u give me any advice on running a tanning salon?

What promos i should run, time scale, anything would be really appreciated.
