MedSpa services?

I've been lurking here for a short time contemplating whether I should get into the tanning business or not. Unfortunately, I've been getting discouraged from what I've been reading. It sounds like it will involve long hours and is very difficult to make good money in this business. I don't have anything against working long hours, but I'd like to be able to make a decent living if I'm going to do it.

However, I'm really leaning more toward an upscale MedSpa type of business combined with high-end tanning services. Does anyone else here have any experience with offering MedSpa services such as skin rejuvenation, hair reduction, tatoo removal, acne treatment, wrinkle reduction, and so forth? If I located in an exlusive upscale mall, what kind of earning potential is available? Obviously this will vary based on location and many factors, but I'm just curious what others have experienced or heard.

Is there another forum site that would be more appropriate?
