Para-Everybodys elecrtic and gas rates are different. Depending on company, grid, and state. No one is EVER in my house but my bill there is higher than the shop.

Would your reccomend buying an existing salon or buildout? I prefer the idea of buildout, however I can see the appeal in buying a customer base as well, although I think that wouldn't be that hard to manage if you offered the right incentives.

In my region I would add a beauty salon and some kind of diet program.

We have a sport center with all kinds of activities. Most of my money I make with fitness, diet programs, tennis and serving drinks & food. Á beauty salon is renting space and she is doing very well as well. Tanning = about 5 % of the turnover...

I would buy an existing salon, preferably one that is not doing well and you can buy cheap :-) + easier to do it better than the former owners

Customer base is very important to ease your start-up, but it also depends on how long you can do without money :-)

Both build outs and buying existing have benefits and drawbacks.....

I knew what it would cost me to do a build out and I didn't want to go THAT far in debt with no revenue from years past to look at. That is why I chose the way I did
