lol dont get discouraged .. lol yeah its hard .. and $50k prolly wont quite make it ..

I just opened ( leasing a new building in a strip mall ) in Nov. 2005 start-up cost was right around the $63k mark .. much more then i had wanted to spend but much less then i had generated ..

Me and my husband built the rooms with a contractor friend of ours ( who helped for free as long as he can tan for free a few times a month .. he still yet hasnt tanned but twice ) we did all the painting .. laying the carpet , and tiles in the rooms .. setting the door frames , and we evern built our own counter as it was like 2000 bucks cheaper .... all the while working full time jobs and dealing with 2 kids .. its hard .. but its worth it !! On top of this I was writting the business plan which would keep me awake all night .. thinking that getting a loan would be better .. well after all was said and done .. it really isnt the better way to go , thats why we bought pre-owned equipment . We accomplished everything we wanted to do except ... automating the salon this is a personal goal for me as its my job to do all paper work lol ..
I am hopeing that this first season can halp me accomplish that !

I have never been so satisfied with any JOB i have ever had .. this isnt a JOB to me really .. its more like who i am !!
