Re: MODULAR WALLS
I own a franchise store and we have modular walls (not Required). My customers think they are the coolest thing they have ever seen. We used a local cabinet maker to build them to the same specs as the original wall manufactures but for less money and locally. They turned out great.

Re: MODULAR WALLS
i've had some of my stores quoted and modular walls seem to average about $62.00 per linear foot. Its an average price for everything (i.e. doors). So draw it up, and figure out how many feet of wall. Obviously, you don't count existing walls. For 9 rooms it was like an $8,100 quote plust about $750 to ship. Pretty much 1/2 the cost for stud and drywall (I didn't really belive the ads, but its true!).

Re: MODULAR WALLS
i've liked modular walls because they come in different finishes and colors, are relatively easy to put up and take down, makes it easy to install beds, and makes the job of relocating less painful. Leo
