Bossless I have not been in your store. I have a friend out there and know your area very well. Going by the demographics out there and the numbers your quoting, i was just trying to let you know those numbers are know where near what you should be doing out there. TRUST. However you can bet that next time I am out that way, i will be stopping by! :) Love checking out other salons!

BTW doesnt the avantgarde only have high pressure facials? How can you even begin to market that as a high pressure bed? Hmmmmm?

Lack of proper education by your franchise is a result of all this. Your franchise failed you and now your faling to educate yourself hurry while you have time left. Selling a 600 as a High Pressure bed is mis-leading. I can't bear to think of other mistakes you maybe making. Take the critism as a thought for change. Proper education in this Industry is vital to running a professional salon and an educated client is worth more to you or any other salon then one that is not.

We do not market our Avantgarde as a high pressure. Never did!!! Let it go!!!
