5,000 population!? Out of those, how many do you really think are going to tan. Assume half are female. Now, out of 2,500 how many are too young, too old or otherwise would not even be interested in tanning. Out of those, how many could afford to tan. The first order of your demographics, total population, is terrible. Move on.

That salon can be purchased fr $20K or less and if done properly would be a good investment. Rather than just the total population I would like to see the targeted population. Please send me the address in a private message and I will pull a demographic report for you.

Okay... Okay, got it... I think I knew the answer already, just needed the validation from you vets. I am going to pass and wait it out until she liquidates or just closes the doors. I even went to look for other buildings this weekend to start new but there are none available. So, I'll wait...

with that client list the revenues couldn't be very much. bad investment. my combination pizza joint and tanning salon might be the way to go here. just kidding, of course.
