Strongtan, PM me and I will give you my number and I can help you with all of this. There are many areas of concern when designing a salon with your electrical, timers, ac, placement of all etc. I've designed quite a few salons for customers and they have worked out great.

While it is a very good idea to have more than enough electrical capacity, with 1,100 sq ft space you could easily get started with and maybe never need more than the 200 amp 3 phase that is there now. If you would like to give me a call I would be happy to give you a better idea of your start up cost and some of the things to negotiate into your lease.
