There is so much great information on this site! I would like to thank you all for the time you take to help eachother. It is very inspiring.
Concerning the business plan, I am using a template I found on the SBA site. It was very helpful to a point, but I am having the most trouble trying to fill in the section on cash flow projections. How do you figure out how many customers you will have per year when starting a new business? There is no history to go on. I have the demographics on the area, but how do you convert this to customers and usage? Thanx again. |

I took out a second on my house and bought an existing salon.... so I got their existing clientele so all I had to do was make it better
