Modular Walls
Does anybody with modular walls have a problem with sound transfer from stereos or clients. It seems like that might be a problem when they are only an inch or two thick. Love the look of them - just wondering about practicality. Also, are they sturdy and are customers comfortable with the rooms?

Re: Modular Walls
I just opened my salon and I have the Euro Walls. I love them.... The customers said they love the look and I have had no complaints. We have radios in all the rooms with headphones so the music noise is not a problem either. Go with the walls you won't be sorry.

Re: Modular Walls
I have EuroWalls and the customers love them, been open 8 mos. and nobody has commented on any uncomfortableness. With EW you have to unload and assemble unless you want to pay extra and depending on your location it isn't always that cheap, they are VERY HEAVY!!!. I hired 4 guys and myself and it took about 5 1/2 hrs to unload truck. (9rms and reception and display counter)

Re: Modular Walls
We bought from structures, we hired 6 body dudes, took several hours in a thunder storm to unload truck only to find out they were all damaged. Had to load them back on a truck wait for another shipment, unload in another thunder storm. After we had our construction guy show us the first stud, my daughter and I id the rest by ourselves, had a very small wall fall on us. (we should have went to hospital but opted not too.) Shortly afterwards daughter found out she was 5 weeks pregnant. Yeah, good times!

Re: Modular Walls
I bought mine from T & R Fixtures in GA. It took 1/2 hour to unload the truck with a 3 guys, a pallet jack and a forklift then the rest of the day to install the 7 rooms of walls, counter and display shelves.
We built the rooms around the beds that were installed the day before and then the day after installing the walls the electrician came in and wired all the beds and ran the Tmax lines. So in a matter of three days we went from a bare space to an up and running salon. |

Re: Modular Walls
I'm interested in the modular walls for my salon I'm opening. It's not a very big salon but I was wondering if anybody has any website links to some good modular wall options.
Thanks
